About
Rae Bonney OAM is an Australian workplace mental health specialist, qualified counselor, and men/boys’ health advocate with a deep commitment to inspiring environments that support good mental health, safety and wellbeing.
I work with organisations of all sizes from sole traders to multinationals where I present options to help create environments that support good mental health, safety and wellbeing.
Who do I work with?
High risk, heavy industry, male dominated workplaces are where I often find myself, developing and delivering tailored approaches to creating environments that support good mental health, safety and wellbeing.
What I do
Workplace Mental Health
Through an evidence-based model, I partner closely with organisations to design bespoke, sustainable and achievable programs that resonate with my trademark question,
“What does it feel like, being you, today?”
Suicide and Crisis Support
I’m great in a crisis, at all times, demonstrate confidentiality, compassion and empathy – holding safe spaces for people to express their emotional response.
Men and Boy's Health
Ignited by the devastating fact that every minute of every day, a male in the world dies by suicide, I’m dedicated to helping identify opportunities for better support, understanding and positive change.
Counselling
I provide confidential in person, online and over the phone sessions for individuals, couples and groups, with an approach of authenticity, genuineness, and empathy to create environments of trust and safety.
Public Speaking
I love speaking about all things, especially topics that inspire better ways of being.
I turn up in person and virtually, anywhere in the world.
