Free to download on your device, the app offers a range of self-method to help you manage your anxiety.

Family Violence
Respect
An Australian Government initiative, providing resources and guidance to create awareness and recognise that violence against women is a serious issue.
The Orange Door
The Orange Door network aims to be accessible, safe and welcoming. They provide quick and simple access to support for people who are experiencing or impacted by family violence.
The One in Three Campaign
One in Three is a diverse group of male and female professionals – academics, researchers, social workers, psychologists, counsellors, lawyers, health promotion workers, trainers and survivor/ advocates.
They aim to raise public awareness of the existence and needs of male victims of family violence and abuse;, with the intent to reduce the incidence and impacts of family violence on Australian men, women and children.

It features hundreds of calming exercises, helpful breathing techniques, and sleep stories narrated by celebrities
Smiling Mind (App)
Smiling Mind offers a variety of online meditation sessions and other daily meditation activities suitable for children, young people and adults.
The app can measure progress and skills, as well as set daily meditation reminders. As your meditation skills develop, the sessions become more advanced.
Sleep With Me (Podcast)
Rated highly, all round the world, Sleep With Me combines the pain of insomnia with the relief of laughing and turns it into a unique storytelling podcast.
